About Enketta

Enketta is a New York clothing label founded in 2024 by Nora Menken.

All pieces are designed and (as of 2025) produced in Manhattan’s Garment District, where patternmakers, sample rooms, cutters, and sewers still work within a few blocks of each other. Keeping production local allows us to stay close to the process — just how we like it.

Styles are released in limited quantities or through pre-order, allowing production to follow demand and helping avoid excess inventory and fabric waste. Whenever possible, existing materials — including fabric from previous collections — are used thoughtfully in future releases.

Estate

Estate is Enketta’s ongoing curation of vintage and found pieces.

Sourced from estate sales, flea markets, and private closets, these objects exist alongside Enketta’s original garments, bringing designed and found pieces together through the same point of view.
