Shipping

Please allow 5-10 business days for order processing before shipment.

Pre-order items will ship when they become available. If ordering multiple pre-order items, please indicate whether you would like all orders shipped together or as they become available.

Free domestic shipping on orders over $400. For orders under $400, shipping costs are automatically applied at checkout. Expedited shipping (2-day) starting at $30. Please email info@enketta.com for special shipping requests.

We primarily ship via FedEx and UPS to ensure reliable and timely delivery. 

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor your package's journey.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We are not responsible for any delays in shipping caused by ground or air transportation delays, severe weather, or other circumstances out of our control.

No international shipping at this time. Please say posted for updates or inquire at info@enketta.com.

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy on full priced merchandise, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Returns on Sale Items

All sale items are considered final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
